Items damaged in delivery from Jutland to you, will receive a complimentary return shipping label. In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for any other reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Jutland is not liable for any delay damages whatsoever in connection with the shipment of any exchanged products to you.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Jutland is not responsible or liable for any products lost in shipment from the customer to Jutland.
